<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">I can't actually answer either of these questions, but I do wish to be crystal clear about something: every ISOC staff member I've ever spoken to takes very seriously input from chapters and that relationship more generally.
 I am also myself deeply committed to making sure that the chapter system is strong and well-supported.  I want these questions to be answered to everyone's satisfaction.<br>

I'm not sure who to direct these two questions to so I'm throwing them <br>
out here in the hope that the right person will jump in and provide more <br>
details:<br>
<br>
- Todd mentioned that a new membership management portal is in the works <br>
(AMS project/Membernova). He noted that the ChAC was given a <br>
presentation about this and that ISOC is moving ahead with <br>
implementation. Where can I find details regarding this? Is this <br>
presentation online somewhere? What are the expected implementation <br>
timelines? Were the Chapters surveyed about their needs for membership <br>
management? Can the ChAC provide more insight (perhaps it was discussed <br>
in a ChAC call that I missed)?<br>

- Chapters survey: does ISOC ever conduct surveys to gather feedback, <br>
from Chapters, on the support/communication/tools etc it provides to the <br>
Chapters?<br>
