[Chapter-delegates] Passing of David Vyorst

Dear Judith,

That is a devastating message to read. David was a foundation stone in the
ISOC DC edifice. I had not realized he was ill.
Please convey to his family how much I appreciated his work for the
Internet Society and for Internet's well-being. He will be sorely missed
but long remembered.
