[Chapter-delegates] Passing of David Vyorst

David was a wonderful colleague and close friend. I was privy to his health struggles for the last several months.  Through it all he kept his optimism and concern for others. He was particularly concerned that the DC Chapter, which was so much a part of his life, would continue working for the benefit of society.  

I am certain that all of those across the world who had direct or indirect contact with David will mourn his untimely death, and will continue to dedicate our efforts to what he so passionately supported — an Internet for all.
