[Chapter-delegates] Passing of David Vyorst

Judith,
All I can say is I am totally in shock...I was lucky to have met David at
ICANN 53 in Argentina, through Glenn McKnight,  his energy and passion for
the society was an inspiration for, as imperfect the system we have,
it is one that, over time a person can make a difference, he was a big
reason why I after much soul searching at that time I decided to continue
to serve and advocate for the internet society and serve in our local
chapter.
His presence and contribution will be sorely missed and I on behalf of
other members of the chapter as well as myself extend our condolences to
his family and friends.
