[Chapter-delegates] Revised Chapter Agreement

Hi Joyce,

Thanks for this clarification..

Kindly, I would encourage all Chapter Leaders to discuss this crucial
document with their respective Executive Team plus also engage their
internal or external legal counsel to advise them on how to incorporate
the potential/new changes into their existing Constitutions which are
duly guided by the Laws of their respective Countries and when it comes
to the ratification of the new changes, it might have to be done at the
AGM or Special Meeting, which is specifically held for a special
purpose.

Please note, the above processes may vary per country meanwhile let us
also address the controversial issue, where in some countries, the local
Chapter is registered under the Companies Act and not under the
Societies Act, thus it becomes also impossible for the founders to let
go of the Chapter since they (founders) view the Chapter as a Limited
Liability Company, not a Society, where Members have the final say in
most legal matters.

Those are my thoughts this morning.

Best Regards,
