Thank you Richard for this excellent exegesis of the Charter of the
ChAC. You haven´t lost the fine ITU touch!
For the last 2 years we have tried many times unsuccessfully to get some
minimum of financial support to develop our chapter (initially
supposedly USD 2´500/year and then even USD 3´500), but somehow we
always do not fit the requirements of the small print.
But we will keep trying any time and in every occasion for local work,
and any initiative that may prosper, before we just become another
applicant for travel support outside for international meetings out of
Costa Rica.
