Dear Jahangir,
You raised a very important point which is chapter development. I
believe the regional APAC Bureau is particular doing something in that
regards, and ISOC HK has helped with some works done early last year. I
haven't however heard much about that ever since. I concur that we have
some improvements to make in the area of communication and liaison
between local chapters and ISOC Global.
