[Chapter-delegates] ION Bangladesh 2016

Dear Jahangir,
Thank your for bringing this issue to the Chapters Advisory Council, and as
stated by Olivier's reply, there is missing links in the function of each
entity of ISOC.

Going to how ION conferences are organized, here we can read that they
partner with different sponsor and also on the decision of ION location.
Hence is some silo in this operation not including local chapter at least
in the preparations.

Here, I will second Oliver's position to put this issue on the agenda item
for the Chapters AC steering committee meeting.
