Dear Jahangir,

Just to inform you that the short history of your chapter is not the reason
you have been ignored regarding ION conference. The same happened
in Slovenia.

Our ISOC chapter has a 25 years of existence, but the ION
conference was organized with "go6.si" local "organization" (the owner is
employed by ISOC in 360deploy team)) and the state educational
network ARNES.

However, we where informed and invited just a week before the event to
provide introductory
lecture and we did it. However, the event was not an ISOC event.

With regards,

Borka
