[Chapter-delegates] ION Bangladesh 2016

Dear Jahangir,

thank you for sharing your concerns. This is not the first time I hear
of such problems. I think that the Chapter Advisory Council should take
this problem up. It appears that at present the culture of communication
has been lost by some parts of the ISOC structure. It is indeed
embarrassing for a local chapter to learn about an event ISOC HQ is
organising, in the way you have shared with us. It is even more
embarrassing when participants get in touch with the local chapter to
ask questions and the local chapter knows nothing about the event.
As I said, this is something for the Chapter Advisory Council.

Kindest regards,

Olivier
