Thanks for the update Glenn, we look forward to feedback on your
experience. We missed this Dynamic Spectrum Alliance Global Summit 2016
in Bogota Colombia update on how to get involved..where was it
announced? Apologies...slow on this side of the world it seems:-).

Its great to learn of your Digital Divide in Bombay and Tanzania. We
