[Chapter-delegates] Creating a good momentum

many thanks for your message.
I agree with you that the Chapter Advisory Council will help addressing
concerns and ideas of the chapters to the ISOC Board.
As a member of the Chapter Advisory Council´s Steering Committee I will do
my best to make this happen.
