[Chapter-delegates] Access to information of candidates - Board of Trustees election

Dear colleagues from ISOC Chapters,

Some colleagues seem to have problems to access the Connect platform in
order to review the information I have prepared for the ISOC Board of
Trustees for Chapters election.
