I totally Agree with Mrs. Gates, with cellphones people have access to a number of information in their hands and various tools that can boost up their life style like mobile solutions, internet and more.

Melinda Gates, who leads the Gates Foundation with Mr. Gates,  <http://www.nytimes.com/2015/04/02/business/dealbook/melinda-gates-cellphones-for-women-aid-ascent-from-poverty.html> wrote in The New York Times this month that cellphones are essential to lifting women in developing countries out of poverty.
