It's not clear to me what tech we will be using on this one. Last time it
was a webex/livestream combo, but zoom <http://zoom.us/> is becoming an
increasingly favorite for ISOC staff. While there will be English/spanish
translation, I see no indication of live transcription. Join the forum to
