[Chapter-delegates] Application to form the Internet Society Chapter on Internet of Food

Hello again,
I want to make something clear, I did not adress issues in *what capacity
will or should ISOC adress those questions*, about connections of food and
internet, I just quote that this are right issues to be adressed by ISOC
community and ISOC org.
