[Chapter-delegates] Microsoft's actions

Eric,
agree with the "be careful with what you wish because it may happen"
perspective here and with the negative assessment of the Letter of Marque
(for the Spanish speakers: "patente de corso") (the licence under which
corsaires, a type of pirates, were allowed to operate by the kings and
queens.)
So, up what MS tree do we bark to a. revert this screw-up by MS, and how
can we, as ISOC, constrain others from making the same mistake? We need
this at the "global" level (funny enough, the trans-jurisdictional reach of
a US corporation in this case) and for each of our countries. Should ISOC
work on publishing a handbook for takedowns like the controversial (very
useful) reference on the least bad way to do them published and regularly
updated by ICANN?
Yours,
Alejandro Pisanty
