Hi Frederic,
We had a small chapter discussion about this draft and the general
consensus was that it's in the right direction, but a bit too vague
and noncommital for our taste. Then again, we kinda acknowledge that
this is how Brussels likes its language.
A concrete proposal for improving it would be to add a bulletpointed
executive summary either at the end or at the beginning that would
distill the main talking points and nail down ISOC's position more
clearly.
