Eric,
no, the last thing we want is a CAC that is not an effective counterpart to
the Board and the (org) AC.
That is the function around which the form must be designed. Of course it
will not only include more senior representatives; but certainly no
sensible chapter will send newbies. There will be a DNA in the CAC from day
zero. A healthy environment and a cordial but open dialogue among all parts
will need be fostered by all.
