[Chapter-delegates] [ISOC - AF] : Recording of the call on the proposed charter of the Chapter Advisory Council

Thank you  John.
I understand that each Council must only play it role.
I am fine with the proposal as is.
Is there one board member involve to this discussion to push this proposal
into the agenda of the next board meeting for approval ? I fear that this
great work can end here.
With the RIR system the such discussion starts on the RDP mailing list and
end to the Board table for approval.
Please help me to understand how it works here. May be we must set the
approval timetable of this Chart ?
There may still be unperfect, but it will be corrected as during its
application over time.
We must move to the next step as Evan just said on skype.
