[Chapter-delegates] [ISOC - AF] : Recording of the call on the proposed charter of the Chapter Advisory Council

Hi Janvier,

There is discussion of the CAC proposal on the ISOC Chat on Skype. I am
seeing there that current Trustee Hans Peter Dittler has responded to you
directly there that, as a prime mover behind the CAC initiative, he will
continue to support it on the Board.

and, for the record, Evan Leobovitch also responded

We are very aware of the need to move this forward and are in the process
