[Chapter-delegates] [ISOC - AF] : Recording of the call on the proposed charter of the Chapter Advisory Council

The two Advisory Councils operate independently and there is no hierarchy.  There is also no reason why the two Advisory Councils cannot communicate and cooperate in providing advice to the President and the Board.  On the other hand the Chapters Advisory Council is likely to have a broader mandate and more activities because of the nature of Chapters (versus the org members) and the wish for the CAC to promote inter-Chapter projects and initiatives.
