[Chapter-delegates] [ISOC - AF] : Recording of the call on the proposed charter of the Chapter Advisory Council

Hi Christine and All.
I apologize for have missed this webex session.
Thank to the  staff for have provided the recording.
I followed the discussion through this recording and I read again the
charter proposed for the Chapter Advisory Council. It really looks fine.
Thanks for the authors.
I also read the charter of the Advisory Council, but I'm a bit confused. (

)
Can someone clarify the line separating the two Councils, or if we fix
these Councils inside the ISOC Organizational Chart, do we see them at the
same or in different hierarchical level ?  It looks like we can have a
situation where the two can conflict  in providing advices tomorrow. Thanks
for clarifications.
