It really looks fine. Thanks for the authors.</div><div>I also read the charter of the Advisory Council, but I'm a bit confused. (<a href="http://www.internetsociety.org/who-we-are/advisory-council/charter-advisory-council">http://www.internetsociety.org/who-we-are/advisory-council/charter-advisory-council</a>)</div><div>Can someone clarify the line separating the two Councils, or if we fix these Councils inside the ISOC Organizational Chart, do we see them at the same or in different hierarchical level ? It looks like we can have a situation where the two can conflict in providing advices tomorrow.
