[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Philippines - New Board and Officers

Hi All

In Singapore  I did a short  video with Winthrop  and  I added a little bit
of the  CC  closed caption to gather  feedback.  Interested in the
 accessibility issues for  membership

I think we need to start  telling the story of the individual chapters  and
 I would be  willing to video any chapter at the LA  event and provide  the
content to the chapter to edit and post to their  website.

I will be doing it at the  ISOC  Chapter outreach table in the ICANN
 village from Monday to Thursday  in  Los Angeles in  October
