[Chapter-delegates] Change in leadership in ISOC-AU

Hi everyone
with all the extra work I have taken on with the NTIA IANA transition, I
have stepped down from the role of President of the Internet Society of
Australia. I continue to be on its board, and on the ISOC board, and have a
busy day job in communications consumer matters (ACCAN.org.au) so it is
time for me to step aside at least for a time!

Our previous Vice President - George Fong is now President. Many of you
have met him at recent events and he will be at the upcoming IGF in
Istanbul.

We will be leaving the Vice President role vacant until we have our AGM in
October, that way we have a smooth transition with potentially other
changes happening then.

George is is from regional Australia (Ballarat, Victoria) and will do a
fine job.
