[Chapter-delegates] Update on ISOC Chapter Table at ICANN LA

Hi

We are still organizing the times  for  delegates  to sign up for  times in
the doodle for  times  on Monday to Thursday during the  day.    I have
been speaking to  ICANN  staff  and we will also be distributing  RALO
 literature.

Secondly,

I am experimenting with  adding  CC  to short introductory videos  and
enclosed  is  Winthrop Yu's  short  introduction to ISOC  PH

As a courtesy to the chapters  I will  can do short   1 minute  or  less
 introduction to your chapter  at the  Outreach booth.   Let me know if you
are interested  and we can do some coaching in advance on the short
 chapter  address.
