[Chapter-delegates] TEST IPV6 WEBCAST TODAY: ION Kraków

This starts in about 90 mins. ISOC's lack of  an IPv6 webcast facilty has
long been a source of embarassment. After getting some flack over same at
ISOC HK's IPv6 events I had looked into the possibility of using Wowza over
S3 but never pulled it off. Google HOA, if it works, is an elegant (and
cost-free!) solution, especially as they have just implemented HD. Kudos to
Dan York for taking the initiative.

this one is that it is the first time an ISOC event has ever been webcast

well as IPv4. This isn't possible using the Internet Society livestream
servers, so team member Dan York will use a Google Hang Out

As this is experimental he is
