"it's still on the ISOC web site" - so I do not blame the person with 
whom we had to negotiate to achieve at an accepted version for our 
Bylaws - she did just apply these rules.

And *add the many hours and e-mails back and forth before we arrived at 
a final version of our Bylaws* which we were authorized to present to 
our Annual General Meeting, so that our members were to vote (=accept) it.
