I think there is hope, during the ICANN public meeting in Durban, African
Chapters met the CEO and ISOC staff. A lot of issues raised in this debate
came to the floor and were debated, i am glad the CEO and other senior
staff listened attentively, i am sure with the right will we will certainly
find a solution, i would like to encourage our friends from Cambodia that
they are not alone, we need to find a collective solution to the problem,
we have come too far to back down.
