[Chapter-delegates] Fwd: Follow-up: Serious considerations to dissolve the Cambodia ISOC Chapter

Elever:

ISOC HQ has provided financial assistance through grands, activities and
other means but never direct financial support to run and maintain the
chapter. We were very clear about that since our inception. We look for
monies through local activities and sponsorships. Our membership does not
pay dues.
