[Chapter-delegates] Follow-up: Serious considerations to dissolve the Cambodia ISOC Chapter

We at LAC region will have a meeting next 30 about ISOC bylaws, and in specific about those articles that deal with chapters.
Hope to continue having feedback here..
Maybe in all regions we have this kind of meetings so we can start working on this issues..
