Dear Elver, dear all,

Please find below an earlier note from Joyce Dogniez to the Istanbul Chapter Workshop participants. Apart from that, please know that we continue to monitor the situation in Istanbul and will be in touch with all attendees in the upcoming events as soon as possible with more information.

Best regards,

Christine

==========

Dear Chapter Workshop participants,

First of all thank you very much for your input, comments, support and, above all, your understanding of the current situation.

As you know we were evaluating various options as we monitored the situation in Istanbul over the past 10 days.

Thanks to our events team, we have been able to find a venue close to the airport that could accommodate our various meetings. We are currently discussing availability and details with the venue and I will let you know more as soon as things are confirmed (probably tomorrow).

But since I know quite a few of you need to finalise some professional and personal arrangements, I wanted to let you know that for now the plan is to maintain the meeting in Istanbul but move location away from Taksim Square.

We will of course keep on monitoring the situation in the next days and will keep you up to date should anything change.

Thanks again for your patience and understanding.

Kindest regards

Joyce
