Dear All,
In general there is a problem with safety of all participants. In any
case, I think it is reasonable to inform officially all participates,
that ISOC will not carry any responsibility for safety of the workshop
participants and will not provide any insurance. Even if the the venue
will be near the airport. As an option -ISOC have to provide
appropriate measures to insure participants, at least for those, who
have fellowship.
I do not think, that situation in the Istanbul is extremely dangerous,
but if there will be a problem with any fellow, who will take care?
