[Chapter-delegates] INET Istanbul security

This year's INET will be in a few days in Istanbul, where the security situation is somewhat worrying. The media can easily distort things, so it would be good to hear from people on the ground.

What is the actual situation? How far will the venue be from the riots? Will any additional security measures be taken? Any travel advisories issued?
