Alejandro,
Agree that ISOC should respond immediately and show some leadership -
within the frame of what you suggest.
This is an issue, which is important for all chapters, and for all
members. The lack of reaction is not helping anyone.
Needless to say, we have had this situation in Bulgaria several years
ago, and the law was changed to allow uncontrolled wiretapping and data
retention (traffic, logs, etc.)
