Thanks, Joly,
sure, a central issue tracking system will not help for all problems.
But the mail from Sabrina Wilmot - thanks a lot! - from which I quote
here the beginning, shows that such concerned mail from ISOC
headquarters to all Chapters, send from time to time, is necessary to
avoid that obsolete entries continue for years and years.

Subject: [Chapter-delegates] [Action Needed] Your Chapter's voting
delegate for the upcoming Board of Trustees election

Dear colleagues,
As a follow up to my message below which was sent to all Chapter AMS
Administrators in December (see attachment) I would kindly ask the
Chapters listed below to review and update their officer information in
the Chapter Portal (AMS) before February 28th, 2013.
Please make sure to have ONLY one (1) Chapter Voting delegate and ONLY
one (1) Alternative Chapter Voting delegate registered for your Chapter.
If your Chapter is in the list, you have none or more than one Chapter
Voting delegate or Alternative Chapter Voting delegate assigned to this
role. Instructions on how to update the information in the Chapter
Portal (AMS) is included below.
