[Chapter-delegates] Map of Chapters

On Klaus's complaints,

1) ISOC staff/board evidently has reason not to want to make the Chapter
list public that they choose not to share. They have stated the policy is
under review.

2) The AMS is less than ideal but it is functional.  Purpose built as a
membership system. I don't think it was ever considered that people would
be naive enough to share internal links externally.

I've always found the amshelp team to be very responsive. I am sure they
will be happy to create a more user-friendly error message.

To Norbert,

3) Errors on the ISOC-DC site are unlikely to be better resolved by the
adoption of a central website issue tracking system or other platform, IMO,
Contacting the DC chapter directly would seem preferable.  There is a
perfectly good contact page at http://www.isoc-dc.org/contact/
