[Chapter-delegates] WCIT Webinar - Summary and Follow-up

Dear Colleagues, 

Thanks to everyone who participated in today's WCIT Chapter webinar.  It was a great discussion and really good exchange of information.

On the call, we covered the WCIT process up to Dec 3 and what to expect at the WCIT itself in terms of organization.  We also covered some of the positions that have come forward and the implications of those positions (for example, use of terminology, expansion of scope, etc).  Finally, we got information about what is happening in different countries and different activities that chapters have underway.   

One of the issues that came up is how to organize the Internet Society community who might be participating in the meeting as part of national delegations.  We are going to think a bit more about this and come back to you with a way forward.
