[Chapter-delegates] Internet news from the Netherlands

Dear all,

The Dutch right-wing liberal party (VVD) and the social-democratic labor
party (PvdA) outlined their plans to form a coalition government.

Interesting points in the proposed deal, from an Internet related
perspective, are:
- Stronger law-enforcement on the Dutch net-neutrality law
- Innovation, education and sustainable technology will be stimulated
- The Dutch privacy authority is given more law-enforcement instruments
- Clear focus on human-rights
- The today ACTA proposal is not supported
