- Pre-event on Enhanced Cooperation: 10:30 - 17:30, Room 1

- ISOC Welcome Reception: 19:00 - 21:00, Karavansara restaurant, 11 Boyuk Qala (See attached invitation)


During the duration of the meeting we would encourage ISOC members to tweet or post to social media outlets about their experiences live in Baku or while listening remotely.  We kindly ask you use the hashtag(s) #ISOCatIGF and #igf12 so they can be observed.
