[Chapter-delegates] Topics to be discussed during Chapter/Member meeting on 16.10.2012 in Toronto

I agree with Joly in that "new Gtlds" should be discussed during the Sunday
meeting. Also,  and for the amount of emails that I have received it seems
to me that lots of chapters (and not chapter individuals) are quite involve
in the WCIT already.

What about a discussion about the current formulation of the future ISOC
by-laws? I followed a long email discussion in the delegate list regarding
the mostly lack of Chapters recognition in these with no specific
conclusions.
