Dear All,
it is possible to support an idea for a ling time, even if this
support takes time, energy, money. ISOC has some kind of support from
Chapters. Chapters also have a support from ISOC like Community Grants,
involvement in the international activity, participation in global
events, etc. After 20 years it is right time to understand what was done
and what is necessary to do, understand effective ways how to go forward.
