Thanks for his and other reminder about good ideas which had been around 
also before.

During the time before taking the initial steps and then having our 
inaugural meeting for our Cambodia chapter - and also creating a website 
- I had been hoping for hosting and some software templates from ISOC.

Then we created something of our own, and we will not change the basics 
we have to maintain our local "public identity" - (but it could have 
been provided earlier on, when we were looking for orientation):

- http://www.isoc-kh.org (but the layout will change soon - then more 
clearly structured with "local" and "international" links. I will inform 
you via this list when we are done)

- we have mailing lists ????@isoc-kh.org

- we have addresses for the officers (so when the officer changes, the 
address continues):

     secretary at isoc-kh.org
     treasurer at usic-kh.org

and myself:

president at isoc-kh.org
