Anyway.  This only proves that ISOC should offer web/e-mail hosting to 
chapters which cannot afford it.

On the same subject, having a "@chaptername.isoc.org" e-mail address
would certainly help the chapter's credibility towards the local
community, rather than advertising Yahoo/GMail/Hotmail addresses
The basic option is to create  an e-mail alias. This has *no cost* at
all, other than the one minute needed to set it up.
