I need to be clear at this point that the Chapters workshop is being
organised separately from the INET. It was always in our planning to
have a programme committee for the workshop - the first announcement
in December mentioned it. With 100 travel fellowships being
processed, we are just a bit behind schedule, so I need to ask you to
as they say "cut us some slack". The bottom line is that it *is*
happening.
Regarding the Global INET programme, I believe Ted's recent email and
update on the Global INET pointed to outreach efforts which
significantly helped support the development of the Programme, even
though a programme committee was not established. I will however
circulate your feedback internally.
