Dear Jacek,
My question is how do we make sure that our colleagues who attended the
workshop will be able to share that learning experience from the workshop
to its own Chapter and how will we make sure that these workshop attendees
of ours will be able to discharge that learning experience into a practical
one as one of the next (or future) leader of a Chapter? Do we have
something like that? We make sure our first investment reap rewards and
they need to be reinvested so it will continue to grow, right?
As Dr. Pisanty mentioned he wanted first to see who the committee members
are. Mine is it would be good to see the initial program for the workshop
and if there is a definitive plan where ISOC may assert on something that
every Chapter should have or will support/do whatever is necessary for its
future. Of course, majority of Chapter initiatives may be good to be left
to the Chapter since we all know every Chapter differ from the other and in
many fronts---they plan their activities at the right time and place(and
even the required amount to pay for logistics et al---and how they
discharge duties is base on their own environment.
Thank you.
Kindest regards,
-Rodel
