[Chapter-delegates] Internet Society Regional Bureau developments

thanks a lot!! this sure is helpful for progress in framing the issue.
In fact I think we would now be only one logical step removed from the
very concrete question:
What can, and what cannot, a chapter expect or ask from the Regional
Liaison in their region?
Derived from this and your description: given that the liaisons also have
functional roles, if a chapter needs support or looks for communication on
issues in that functional area, must the chapter go to the top and ask for
the door opened, or can the chapter communicate directly with the regional
liaison?
It sounds like much of the rearrangement is still going on so maybe some
of these questions must wait - what can you say right now?
