Anne, will be happy to suggest format changes. I just wanted to start a discussion on this and see if there is interest and suggestions from other chapters.

Yes I think the new 2 day chapter workshop dialogue format is great which is great for regional support but I feel I could learn from say the AU or IN chapters if we are in the same room (applies virtually also).
