[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Meetings at ICANN 40 – today! Remote participation details

Dear Zaid, all,

   whatever duration, name and tools we use is an important question
and we can experiment with  various forms to see which one most
stipulataes the discussion. I believe, that whatever technical tool we
use, nevertheless the well thought (and known in advance) agenda is
the key factor for the lively discussion at Chapter's meetings.
Reports from ISOC and Chapters could be augmented by a discussion on a
given topic 'as seen from Chapter's perspective'. The topic might be
introduced by a presentation from an expert and/or a Chapter who has
done some substantial work in a given area. In other words, the
Chapter's meetings could have some 'main topic', which will be
elaborated during the meeting.
